Dr. Robert M. Baird DMD, MBA, MS

Dr. Baird loves serving people and being a part of the community. He grew up in Utah and attended Brigham Young University. After BYU, Dr. Baird moved his family to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania so he could attend Temple University.

While in Pennsylvania, he earned his DMD in General Dentistry, an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and an MS in Healthcare Finance.

After returning to Utah, Dr. Baird worked for Dr. Pincock and then for Dr. Woodbury. He truly enjoyed this time to refine his skills and glean what he could from two very good dentists.

Meanwhile, he settled his family in Payson and began working toward opening his own practice in Payson. After over a year of working on the project, he finally opened.

Dr. Baird was very excited to begin a new practice in which he was able to take all that he had learned over the years and combine it with the latest advances in the dental field to create a truly unique dental experence.

It is his goal to offer the best service available to you and become a dentist you truly trust and love.

Dr. Nathan C. Johnson DMD

Dr. Johnson grew up most of his childhood in a small town in Idaho. It was then that he developed a fascination with dentistry and looked forward to becoming a Dentist when he grew up.

Learning how to adapt to new situations and meet new people were traits Dr. Johnson learned growing up as he lived in many places during his “adolescent” years. Spanish Fork, UT, Glendale, AZ, and finally American Fork, UT, each were stepping stones to graduating American Fork High School in 1996.

After a two year church Mission in San Jose, CA, Dr. Johnson began the road to accomplishing his childhood goal of becoming a dentist. He received an Associate of Science degree of Science from Utah Valley State College and then finished his undergraduate studies working on a Bachelors of Medical Biology at the University of Utah.

Dr. Johnson’s life long goal of going to Dental school finally became a reality when he and his family, of two kids at the time, made the journey to Philadelphia’s Temple University School of Dentistry. They enjoyed four years there, had their third child, and anticipated the new chapters of their life that the near future would bring.

While in Dental School Dr. Johnson was selected with nine other classmates to participate in a service trip to Haiti. In small villages outside of Jeremi, they were able to address and treat the dental needs of the local people. This life changing experience became the foundation for a continuing desire to provide service for those who need it.

Fly Fishing, Camping, shooting and hiking, are a few hobbies he enjoys in the outdoors. He spends most of his time in the office and at home with his family. With three kids of his own Dr. Johnson feels right at home with kids.

Now in Payson he is excited to be a part of an amazing team and office where he looks forward to getting to know you. Most of all Dr. Johnson loves being involved in the community and is determined to provide the service to you should and that he would expect for himself.
